Hello, I’m Raywyn Brinsden – Founder & Managing Director of Level-Up
Reversing the model of profit before people, I’m challenging the status quo. I’ve always believed when you invest in yourself and invest in your people, extraordinary things will happen.

Strong, diverse qualifications & experience in business, psychodrama and psychotherapy
Backed by an MHSc (Hons), I’ve worked with people across a diverse range of backgrounds – supporting them to set goals, overcome obstacles and transform their lives for the better.
I’ve had experience both in private practice and contract roles with well-known support organisations, including Youthline, Richmond Fellowship and Higher Ground.
My understanding of New Zealand’s business environment comes from previously establishing Central Psychotherapy Services Limited and co-owning a highly successful engineering company. A strong believer that your people are your greatest business asset. It’s often touted as an overused expression – but, it remains true that a business or organisation is only as good as the people it keeps.
Proudly, I bring to the table over 30 years of helping result-driven people realise their potential and learn how to achieve, succeed and lead in life and business.
What inspires me?
My inspiration comes from people like you. Passionate, bold, empathetic, driven, brave business owners, visionary organisational leaders. People who not only want to achieve more for themselves but for the people around them.
I’ve seen first-hand what sets people back in life and business. Armed with a natural instinct and evidence-based techniques, I’m able to extract the right information from people then present it in a way that unlocks your way of thinking and drives a positive transformation process.
